During my time at ECS I assisted and performed Physical/Property Condition Assessments, Existing Condition Assessments, Contract Document Reviews and Reports, Monitoring Services, ADA Accessibility Guidelines Assessments, Forensic Investigation Services, Building Envelope Consulting and Testing Services, Roofing Moisture and Waterproofing Studies, Roofing Replacement Consulting, Fall Protection Consulting, Exterior Cladding Replacement and Restoration Consulting, Concrete and Building Materials Evaluations, Floor Slab Moisture Studies, Parking Garage Rehabilitation Assessments, Historic Restoration Consulting, and more for a wide range of private and public clients. Additionally, I carried the responsibility and authority to maintain and improve the quality of services through review of proposals, reports, and documents, and helped to verify that the quality of service expectations were being met, including implementation of standardized policies, procedures, and technical practices. The internship left me extremely knowledgeable and left me with valuable insight into the architecture, engineering, and construction fields.
