Studying abroad provided a unique opportunity to advance my architectural and engineering skills. During my time in Greece and Italy (May – June 2024), I completed an Architectonics Independent Study, engaging with engineers, conducting CAD work, and participating in field testing, which challenged my design analysis and understanding of historical structures. In New Zealand and Australia (January – April 2024), I worked towards my Global Engineering Leadership Minor, following the Leadership Studies Program. In addition once back at school I continued attending Hyatt Distinguished Leadership Lectures, and completed the Global Engineering Leadership Practicum. These experiences enhanced my leadership abilities and technical expertise in global contexts, not to mention, was a ton of fun and adventure!
